It covers how to recognize vicarious trauma and moral injury in direct reports, how the supervisor’s own exposure risk operates differently, how to structure supervision to include protective elements, how to have the conversations that need to happen, and how to make the policy case upward when leadership isn’t yet on board.

FORMAT
Think of this course like a podcast series with downloadable and web-accessible tools. Each of the six course episodes are under 25 minutes, timed to be accessible on a break, on a walk, at the gym, on a commute - wherever suits you. It’s also self-paced, to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule.
The downloadable tools range serve as support both during the through the course and after, with tools available for immediate use and tools for later reminder and reassurance.
