Leeward’s offerings utilize only research-backed tools and techniques, as the stakes are simply too high to share anything but.
While our methods only include what has been measured and proven, we respect any technique from your culture, religion, or intuition that may not yet be backed by science.

Async Cohort

A 3-week experience for trauma-exposed professionals who are ready to understand the impact of this work and how to protect themselves within it.

This is not a course, not a webinar, not another thing to add to your already long list.

This is a contained, asynchronous group experience delivered over three weeks, entirely on your own time, with no camera required and no performance expected. You’ll receive digestible voice notes from Leeward’s founder, short reflection prompts, and access to a private text-based group where you can share as much or as little as you’d like.

The goal is not to fix you. You are not broken.

The goal is to give you - possibly for the first time in your career - accurate language for what your work has been doing to you, and the beginning of a map for what to do about it.

  • The format is intentional.

    Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for three weeks, you’ll receive:

    • An 8 - 15 minute voice note from Leeward’s founder. No slides, no performance, no camera.

    • A reflection prompt. You can write on it, think about it on your commute, or let it sit. There’s no wrong way.

    • Access to the group. A private, encrypted Signal thread where other cohort members can share, respond, support, or simply read. Participation is always optional.

    • I work in a sensitive field and/or don’t want my name “out there”.

      • You are welcome to remain anonymous or create an alias in the Signal group chat. Only Leeward will receive your personal details when you register and guarantees that we will never share your information at any time with anyone. Within the cohort chat group, it’s entirely your choice what you share.

    • How many participants will there be?
